By accessing our website or scheduling a solar inspection, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
MyPowur provides solar inspection, repair, and replacement services. We offer a comprehensive 6-point solar inspection that includes a detailed diagnostic report delivered after the inspection is complete.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone after you submit a scheduling request. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box(es) on our scheduling page, you consent to receive text messages from PWRAMERICA LLC / MyPowur. Transactional messages include appointment confirmations and updates. Promotional messages include marketing and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
5. Payment
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change. Our standard 6-point solar inspection is currently offered at $149. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (520) 738-1374. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyPowur's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
